Fans of the Cleveland Browns and fantasy football players everywhere are on red alert after news of how running back, and No. 3 overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft, Trent Richardson is making a trip to Pensacola, Fla. to visit Dr. James Andrews to have a second surgery on his knee.

Fans will remember that Richardson had this same knee scoped by Dr. Andrews in the offseason, and while this could be a quick and easy scope to reduce the swelling that has crept into the knee, it's something fans of the Dawg Pound can and should be concerned about with Richardson's history of injury. If you were thinking of drafting Richardson early in your fantasy draft, think again.
